HOW DO YOU GET HERE?

Simply follow the directions on the map on the ticket page, or use the address Capital Cruises, Hyatt Regency Boat Dock, 208 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

Tickets and booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, so please ensure you buy the correct tickets for you, and your party as these cannot be amended or refunded.

You are also free to sell your tickets on, but you need to let us the name of the new ticket holder so that we can make changes on our records. Please email us at events@willkonitzer.com and quote your booking reference before October 25th. ** Please note** our system cannot split tickets.

WHAT TIME DOES THE BOAT DEPART?

The boat departs promptly at 8pm and returns to dock at 11.00pm. We start boarding at 7.30pm. Please aim to arrive before 7.30pm so we can get everybody onboard quickly.

​CAN I BRING MY DOG?

No pets are allowed on the boat.

WHAT IS THE SECURITY SITUATION?

There are two security personnel onboard for our safety.

TICKETS, WHAT'S THE SCORE?

When you buy your ticket online, an E-ticket will be emailed to the email address you provided.

Simply bring your E-ticket to the entrance of the boat with ID to be let on. All tickets are non-refundable, under any circumstances.

If you have bought an E-ticket with your credit card details and have given it to someone else, simply drop us an email to let us know their name and we will make sure that person can gain access.

If there are multiple people booked under one ticket order that are arriving at different times, just print the same E-ticket off for the individuals and our box office staff will check people in separately from the same order.

CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS

This is a 21+ only event.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD, DRINK AND ALCOHOL?

Yes, but we supply all of that on the boat.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

The boat has 2 decks. The lower one is enclosed and large enough to hold us all if it rains.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the unlikely event that “The Ghost Ship of Town Lake” is postponed due to force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances that prevent someone from fulfilling a contract), tickets will automatically be moved across to the new dates, there is nothing you will have to do as we will take care of this for you. Tickets and booking fees are not refundable in this instance. If you cannot make the new date, your tickets will be rolled over to the next suitable event, again refunds will not be given.
